Non-Refundable Application Fees:

The visa application fee paid to unitedarabemiratesvisa.com is non-refundable in the event that your application is rejected or refused by the immigration department. Furthermore, no refunds will be issued for applications that have already been processed, regardless of whether they are ultimately approved or rejected.
Cancellation Policy & Potential Refunds:
If you choose to cancel the visa application service before it has been fully processed, you may be entitled to a partial refund under specific conditions:
Cancellation After Submission: If your passport copy and other supporting documents have been received by unitedarabemiratesvisa.com AND have already been submitted by us to the UAE Immigration authorities for processing at the time of your cancellation request, you will not receive any refund.
Cancellation Before Submission: If your passport copy and supporting documents have been received by unitedarabemiratesvisa.com BUT have not yet been submitted by us to the UAE Immigration authorities for processing at the time of your cancellation request, you will receive a partial refund. This refund will be the total amount paid minus a $35 USD processing charge.

Credit Card Payment Refund Limitation:
Notwithstanding any other clause, unitedarabemiratesvisa.com cannot process refunds for payments made via Credit Card that are older than 40 days under any circumstances.
Credit Alternative:
In cases where a refund is applicable but cannot be processed back to a Credit Card due to the 40-day limitation mentioned above, unitedarabemiratesvisa.com may, at its discretion, issue a store credit. This credit will be applicable towards the fee for future visa applications submitted through unitedarabemiratesvisa.com. This store credit cannot be transferred to another individual and cannot be redeemed for cash.

To reiterate, no refunds will be provided under the following circumstances:
Your visa application is rejected by UAE Immigration Authorities.
Your visa application has already been processed by unitedarabemiratesvisa.com (submitted to immigration), regardless of the outcome (approved or rejected).
You request cancellation after your application has already been submitted by us to the UAE Immigration Authorities.
Your original payment method was a Credit Card, and the payment date is more than 40 days prior to the refund request date.
